It starts with a conversation…
Jodi Yanick, founder and Principal, interviews her clients, with a career spanning over two decades she believes it’s a two way street looking for rapport and chemistry. Learning how clients hope to live, silhouettes, art, the space as a whole. She likes to go over a questionnaire learning the clients likes and dislikes. It is a revealing process, thinking consciously and clarifying in their minds, their needs, wants, and emotions. The space is measured, photographed. She studies the light and the view with a focus on what’s not right about the space. Those details when done right integrate the space and really make a room shine. Jodi listens to the clients needs and vision. Then interpreting and streamlining the vision, she begins her process of creating mood boards, and construction space planning.
Design it
Jodi understands modern architecture, having studied both Architecture and Interior Design, her goal is to create cohesive interiors that support and enhance the architectural design of the home. Once the design is approved, selecting and ordering all the materials comes next.
Build it
Taking an engineering process to the project, Jodi comes equipped with her own expert team looking after and overseeing the construction, project management, installation and curating of all the details. Our streamlined and personal approach has become our company signature, so the client can focus on the joy of the design.
